Teach a Tkatchev (Rev Hecht) on the Trampoline Bar
There are 5 basic steps to teaching the tkatchev on the trampoline bar:
- Back bounce quick pressing action downward and backward on the bar
- Back bounce to bridge
- Back bounce to bridge and stand up with arms overhead
- Back bounce to bridge and stand up with arms overhead, reach through straddled legs to push down on bar and travel back over it to either straddle stand or straddle sit
- Tkatchev over bar (pad the bar the 1st few times performing this, put heal pads on your athletes or slide a mat in as the athlete goes)
