“Stalder Rock” Conditioning

Sick of the same old stalder leg lifts, rockers and pull-ups? Try this for some variation. This requires timing of the legs so it forces control while performing the conditioning exercise and requires the athlete to control their core on the down phase of the pull-up. People may already do this however I have never seen it and I thought of it last night while watching our compulsory athletes doing pull-ups on one bar and stalder leg lifts on another bar. It clicked to put them together into one exercise.
